My Story
My health story is a defining part of who I am today, as my
insomnia symptoms became severe at 23, affecting my memory, focus, and daily life, and traditional doctors couldn't find the underlying cause. Hitting rock bottom motivated me to explore alternative solutions such as nutrition, exercise, meditation, and sleep, which led to real healing and regaining my health.
Today, as a certified health coach, I'm passionate about helping others achieve their health goals by using my personal experience and knowledge to guide them through their own health challenges.
