Ultimately your health is in your hands so above all else I will teach you to listen and give you the tools to be the expert of your own individual body.
About Me
So much of what defines me today is the story of my health. At the age of 23 my symptoms from insomnia became debilitating. Recall, memory, and focus were barely functioning making it difficult to hold my job, maintain my relationships or even manage my emotions. I started working with countless traditional doctors and specialists but was continued to be let down when I found their only solution was to slap a band-aid on my problem and not look for an underlying cause. This is when I hit rock bottom, a feeling of little hope with no place to turn. It was this moment that sparked a fire in me to do everything in my power to heal myself. I began to learn all I could about nutrition, exercise, meditation and sleep and found that it was by addressing these core foundations of health that real healing began. I feel lucky to have the health I do today but owe it all to making healthy lifestyle changes. It was this experience and knowledge gained that has given me a passion to help people find their health. From Civil Engineer to Certified Health Coach, I now love nothing more than to help people through their own health challenges.
